I have sent them four emails all in the last week and one telephone support. I have not heard back from them at all. I am new to Vendio and am looking for help. I am shocked that they do not help you at all. I have paid for the five phone supports per month and I cannot get anyone to get back with me. Does any one know what is going on.

Hello Butch,

The number you left for us to call was a fax line unfortunately, or at least a fax machine picks up on the number that was left as a callback number.

You have sent a total of 6 emails to us thus far, all of which have been responded to (the same email address you contacted us from.)

Doublecheck your Spam or Junk mail folders for these messages. Let us know if you are unable to find them and we can send you a copy of each for your records.

Click on the Customer Service link at the bottom of the page to schedule a callback again. If the line comes up as a fax line again we'll post back to this thread to let you know.

I was here till 12:00 noon central time zone and I did not get a call my call was to be between 9:00 and 10:00 am. I have not received any emails except one when I was asking questions about your service prior to signing up. I donot have a spam filter on my comp. so it was not blocked. I think your program will do what I need but I have some question and need answers otherwise I will have to cancel with your company and go a different direction. Can you have some one contact me ASAP I will be here till 1:00 PM central time zone.

Hello Butch,

When we get a chance to talk, ill go ahead and forward you a copy of all of the emails you have sent and we have responded to, so you have them for your records.

Unfortunately as we mentioned above we need you to schedule the callback, as the number we have for you must be off by a digit or two as it rings as a fax number when dialed.

Click the Customer Service link at the bottom of the page and use the form to schedule a tech support call. We can then assist with any problems you are running into using the tools.

Feel free to post back to this thread, but also use the Customer Service page to either schedule a call again or email us with your corrected contact number.
