We have been using Vendio for over 2 years now, and in general find it a decent program. Unfortunately we have some issues with their quality of service.
After the recent shipping upgrade, we have had numerous problems with our international shipping. We have over 6000 listed store items, and to individually reset the shipping on each one would be more work than is worthwhile.
Our first email met with no response at all.
Our second email about this problem, met with a formula email that was almost, but not quite, completely unrelated to the question. It then took several emails to find out that a *tool* could be run, to reset the shipping on all items at once. Unfortunately this did not actually work when it was performed. While trying to sort out this additional problem, we have now gotten a response from a completely new member of vendio's "service" personnel with the same formula message, almost word for word, as the very first email response we got.
After 8 emails, and 10+ days of trying to deal with this problem with absolutely no progress, while our store is being adversely effected to the level of losing hundreds of dollars worth of sales, we are just about ready to call it quits and find a new service that actually has "service". For 75-100 dollars a month I personally expected a hell of alot more.
If anyone at vendio still cares, please handle this now, or we'll fix the problem by leaving.

This is just an update to inform anyone curious about vendio's service quality. Two more weeks have now passed for a total of a month with no improvement of this issue in any way. We are still unable to provide international shipping for our customers. Vendio has so far offered no compensation for our losses, nor any resolution to the problem.
