Well, I see Vendio is hung up ... AGAIN. Everything is stuck on "processing" in perpetuity again. Do tell, what is causing this "intermittent" problem? Fat lot of good it does to schedule your auctions at specific times, only to see Vendio hung up processing for hours and hours. Frankly, this is getting VERY, VERY old. Old enough to consider other alternatives. How come I can't get through to customer service? I thought we had 24/7 tech support? Is that stuck on processing intermittently, too? Just curious.
The last time this happened, not terribly long ago, I might point out, THREE DAYS LATER I FINALLY got a response from "customer support", with a little line about "Yes, we had some problems." Gee, that really helped.
I've been with Vendio since it was Auction Watch and free years ago. Maybe I've been with Vendio too long. Can't get through to customer service, auctions aren't uploading at the specified times with consistency. I'd like some answers, preferably sooner than 72 hours after my inquiry.
I checked last nights stats for the eBay API to see if there were any delays at the eBay side for listing and there does appear to be a large spike in the time it was taking them to process your items last night.
Unfortunately even though we are sending these to eBay at your specified time/date, if they are not processed in a normal manner there is little else we have control over at this step.
