Am I the only person who's getting fed up with the insipid and lackluster support I get from Vendio? Last night my auctions didn't launch and the only one that did was useless on Vendio since it didn't update that it was an active auction. So I contact customer support and get the old tried and true finger pointing at eBay, slow API, blah blah, and then, as the ultimate slam, they suggest maybe I didn't clear all the errors in my listings. WOW! First, their SYSTEM keeps me from launching something with errors...second, how STUPID do they think I am? I've been selling on eBay for 8 years, have been with Auction Watch long before Vendio bought them. Pretty dismal help offerings, Vendio 'Customer' Support group. And as usual, nothing gets posted in the announcements, so I feel like a lone voice against crappy service. Can we get a forum here to put these guys on their ear?
