How do you handle people who just continue order item from your Vendio Store and never pay or answer your request for payment. Further as I understand Vendio does not repay the sales fee on these items.

Hello Claus,

Couldn't be further from the truth. If your potential buyers do not process and complete your checkout in your Vendio store you are absolutely going to get a credit for it. Please provide the order numbers of the items that are in your post sale (NOT IN THIS VENUE, BUT IN AN EMAIL) to us and we will look into the transactions and once validated, will forward onto billing for a credit.
