Apparently the slew of Vendio.com spams has caused Comcast.net to block all emails from the Vendio domain. I would appreciate it if Vendio techs could fix this with Comcast ASAP, as right now I am unable to contact these customers through Customer Manager or have them receive Post Sale notices. Thank you.

Hello Kevin,
This is the first we've heard of it. I'll have our IT guys check for bouncebacks, but I'm sure if comcast customers were not receiving emails in any significant degree, we'd already be alerted to it.

Tonight I received a dozen "Undelivered Mail Returned to Sender" messages, and they appears to all be involving Hotmail or MSN email addresses. As an example, one message is listed below (email address altered): <[email protected]>: host

UPDATE: Undelivered mail on 12/30/06 to sherry.ware@comcas_.net; message indicated "blocked as spam." When is this going to be fixed?
