Hi, I use SMPRO and would like to put some auctions on Yahoo but I launched them and got an error message. Internal Processing Failure: The data returned from the auction site ( site ID 0003) was unexpected. Also when I edit the auction there is another red error statement Yahoo doesn't support template. So what should I do to fix this mess? I email vendio three days ago and no answer, must not work on weekends, that's ok if they want to keep costs down and not raise our fees. Thanks

Sonya, emailed me yesterday and told be to redo my account info and everything worked just like on ebay today. Thank you Sonya.
