Well the results are in. I have just concluded auctions of FLD on the yahoo auctions. It was not as good as I wanted but was suscessful. I listed 971 items, mostly coins, and sold 49. That gives me about a 5% sale thru rate. I had items that range from $650 to $5. I grossed about $1017. My final value fee was $15.71 and my Listing fee would have been $278.71. It is obvous that my profits are a lot greater on FLD. I could not tell you exactly what my net profit would have been, but it would have been in the negative if it wasn't for FLD. Clearly listing fees are far more expensive that FVF.

This goes to show that it is better to wait until FLD to list items than continuely listing week after week. The listing fees will eat you up. FLD comes about every quarter on the yahoo auctions and once or twice on the ebay auctions. Usually sale thru rate are higher on ebay than yahoo but not by much. Either way it is not worth listing when you have to pay the listing fees unless you want to work for nothing.

Well well,
The low life free loader sold something. With any luck, they all will become deadbeats.

I support Yahoo, but not the low lifes.
