http://groups.yahoo.com/group/yauctionsellers/

When the yauctionsellers group was started, I had two goals for the group. The first was to have a forum where Yahoo! Auction sellers could come and seek information from other helpful sellers, especially if they were having problems. The second was to give the Yahoo! Auctions management and staff information about what they could provide to independent auction sellers that would make selling on Y! Auctions better and easier.

I think our group has done a good job achieving those goals over the last three+ months. Improvements made to Yahoo! Auctions that our group has successfully lobbied for include:

1.Many New Categories
2.A Systems Announcement Board
3.The Inclusion of Buyer Information(zip code and/or country of origin) in the EOA e-mails coming from Yahoo!
4.The Expansion of the Title to 55 characters

And we are working on more! We now have 350+ members!

Please join with us and post any issues or problems that are directly related to selling on Yahoo! Auctions on our message board. We WANT to discuss sellers' issues or answer questions about selling on Yahoo! And we can help Yahoo! continue to build a better auction site by pointing out any problems and making suggestions.

So join, work with us, and with the Yahoo! Auctions staff and management, to make Yahoo! Auctions a great place to sell – and buy!

I will drop in your group and visit, but unfortunately, I do not see the buyers returning to Yahoo. I really thought they would by this time, but sales on Yahoo, have been poor whereas our web sales have been strong. We have just about dropped eBay, although we were eBay power sellers for years, eBay has just gotten too costly.

Best of wishes

397 members at last count.

Bidding is slow at Yahoo, but you can't argue with free listings, and an easy bulk loader.

I have a few things at Yahoo, but little traffic. Everything is free; correct? They don't charge for listing or post-sales; correct?

I don't know how you can beat that.

I have had some action there lately. Looks like that sports cards deadbeats came and went in quickly letting the legite buyers back to bid at will.
