Hello,
I did not find an image in your account called 'bc_1_b.JPG' but I did find one called 'i9_03_i_02_4d_38_bc_1_b.jpg'. If that is the one, you can edit the URL that eBay sent to you saying it's not working and use the latter image and resubmit the URL.
If that is not the image, you will need to upload it to your Vendio account, then resubmit the URL to eBay.

Hello,
Your other thread indicates you found a way to resubmit the URL, but just in case -- the email eBay sends stating that the URL is not working should contain a link for you to resubmit. Just alter the above URL to include the correct image file name. You should be able to resubmit that to eBay.
