I have lots of questions - and maybe someone needs to contact me. Seems things are getting a bit out of control with my billing and if it is gonna cost 2000.00 a year - I may need to consider different options.

As far as the Vendio gallery - is there just a way to have the item in my ebay store show up and not the auction items. I basically have the same items in my store that are in my auctions, so I am getting charged lots extra for that. I will discontinue this service if there is not a way to change that. As I am paying way too much for what I am getting out of it.

I need to be reassured that when I am listing items set up as a profile - that it is grabbing my items that are available for relist 1st - instead of listing a new item. How can I be sure that is happening?

And on relist - I have profiles set up for 7 days - if I manually listed something for 3 days and 5 days - do those items just sit there and I have to go in and manually list them? My profile will never pick those up - unless I set up a profile for 5 days, correct?

I would like these addressed for me first - and then if the answers are something I can work with - I will proceed.

My business plan does not include 2000 - for an auction management service - and it seems that every month my billing is increasing. I am willing to pay for something if it is worth the $ -

Hello,

I did look at the services you are using and your invoice. It looks like a big chunk of your billing is in listing fees. You may want to try the Variable Rate Power Plan which has no listing fees. It does have a final value fee, but from what I can see, you sell through rate is not very high. Also its 10 dollars cheaper to start with.

Sorry, There is no gallery setting to choose ONLY auction OR store items.

You can be assured that we always grab a relist whenever we launch an auction. You can check your eBay invoice it you want to see it.

As far as scheduling your items, if you want an item to launch outiside of the schedule you have assigned to it, you will need to create a copy. If you want to launch 3 day auctions in addition to your scheduled 7 day auctions, you will need to create a seperate item.

If you have any other questions let me know.

Thanks,
Abe

OK - I just took a look at the plan you suggested. I looked up my sales for December and that plan would cost me 192.45, and that isn't counting the cost of the gallery - so that would not work out very well - would actually cost more!!!!

I guess I will turn off the gallery feature then - that will save me about $30.00 - I cant see where I am making $30.00 from having it - if you can direct me to see how it is benefiting me - I may consider keeping it -

As far as the relists - you didn't really answer my question. I understand that I have them set up as 7 day lists - and that if I want to launch something other then that - I have to go in and manually do that - no problem. My question is the items that I have done that on already and they didn't sell. If I want to list those as relists - how do I do that?? Will the system ever pick those up as relists?

Also, when an item is listed as a relist - does it then leave the unsold items catagory? That is one way I can track what has happened to it?

I also am considering, very strongly, immediate payment required. Is that an option with Vendio? And if so, is it going to work. I have a big issue with people buying multiple items - simply because the Vendio system isn't fast enough and they can't get the system to recognize them, because Vendio hasn't recognized the sale yet. So, they purchase another one, instead of waiting for Vendio to catch up. That needs to be addressed - and I know I am not the only one that is unhappy with that.

Please offer your suggestions - and if you are going to suggest any plans to me - please research them before you tell me I have a "low" sell thru and suggest a plan that actually will cost me more money.

Doesn't make me feel like I am a very important customer - makes me feel that well let's slam her - tell her she has a low sell thru - and pretend we took care of her needs by answering her inquiry -

Hello,

Sorry if that plan turns out to be more. I took a look at your invoice and estimated and thought it might save you money. Or, maybe we are not calculating in the same way.
I did not mean my reference to sell through rate as a slam, just a factor in calculating your costs. Different businesses can have very different sell through rates, average sale prices, quantities of listings, profit margins etc and be very successfull.
I think the best thing do to would be for me to contact you tomorrow by phone and try to answer all your questions.
For example, if you copy an item, launch it, it doesnt sell, and you relist it, it will get the free relist. I honestly don't understand why you are more concerned about this one getting a free relist more than others?
I will give you a call tomorrow and we can work through all the questions then.

Best,
Abe
