I launched an auction - to make sure everything was OK - before I proceeded to add the rest of my inventory.

4334369086 - this auction on preview has the full size image. The launched auction at ebay has the click to see enlarged image. I don't want that - why is it doing that?

Hi, corksmom --

That is definitely strange. It does not look like you've changed anything regarding that setting in your Global Preferences.

We are looking into this and will work to resolve it as quickly as possible. I apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience as we work on it.

Thanks --

All of mine are doing that also.

HI - do we have a fix for this yet? I have auctions to list tomorrow and want them to go up correctly!

Hello --

Unfortunately, we are still working intensely to figure out where this setting is getting set.

In the meantime, if you really need to get your items listed and you do not want the supersizing, you could launch the items and then revise them on eBay to remove the linked, re-sized image. Here's how:

1 - Obtain the URL(s) and HTML code for your image(s) by going into Vendio's Image Hosting:
- Click on the "Image Hosting" tab in the left-hand navigation.
- Select your image, click on the "Attach..." button, select the "Attach" radiobutton and click on "Attach...".
- On the next page, you should see your image, in full size.
- In the "Select an Auction Site" drop-down on this page, select "Other Auction Site (generate HTML)" and the radiobutton for "New Auction". Then hit the "Continue" button.
- On the next page, you will see the HTML code for inserting your image into your listing. You only need to cut, copy & paste (to a notepad file, preferably) the code that comes between the first <center> tag and its corresponding </center> tag. That code is the <img> tag for your image.

2 - Revise your item on eBay:
- Click "Revise this listing" on your live item on eBay.
- Click on "Edit item description" to get to the HTML editor containing your description.
- Click on the tab for "Enter your own HTML" (not the WYSIWYG editor). This will bring up your description in its raw, HTML-code form.
- Scroll down in your description's HTML code to find the following snippet of HTML code: <A href="http://imagehost.vendio.com/bin/viewimage.x -- this marks the beginning of the linked, re-sized image.
- Delete all the code starting from the <A href="http://imagehost.vendio.com/bin/viewimage.x described above, all the way through to the next </A> tag.
- In place of that deleted code, paste in the <img> tag for your image, which you obtained in step 1 above.

3 - Preview your revised description and Save your changes if satisfied.

My apologies for this lengthy work-around - we'll let you know as soon as we have a breakthrough on this issue.

Thanks --

-- Christina

Thanks - Hopefully they find the fix soon. I HATE the click to see supersized image - and want to list a bunch to my store - but am not about the revise them manually.
