Hi, I tried but can't get my ebay account connnected. No error message, just doesn't work.

And there's something even more crazy. Read all my story below:

I had an old vendio ID, that's lsyca. I had that linked with my ebay account and it worked very well. One day I thought to open and vendio store with that account, but I couldn't choose my own store name. Vendio system only gave me the store name with "lsyca", which was totallly meanless to buyers.

Then I registered a second vendio account, the current one. OK, with this one, I could choose my own store name, that's great. But a new problem happened: I couldn't link my ebay account to this one, which means I couldn't redirect my ebay buyer to my vendio store. I did cut off the link to my old Vendio old, but didn't work, till now.

Another thing that I don't undestand is, for the two vendio IDs, vendio gives me totally differnt web interface. How could that happen? But anyway, that stopped me form creating a vendio store.

OK, these days, I am really serious to create my own store. So I tried vendio again. Still no lucky. To make a test, I registered the 3rd vendio account. Guess what? I got the 3rd different web interface. I even doubt if I registered at different website, are they all vendio?

If someone had the same problem? Or if a vendio employee gives a hand? If I can't get this resolved, I would go to another store service. I start to doubt if vendio's service is persistant. How could it give different function and interface to different account?

Hello pingpongsky,

You are correct, there are three different types of Vendio accounts that have all been offered at different times. The account you most recently registered is our new platform and all other account types will eventually be migrated to the platform.

If you will let us know what your eBay ID is, we will set up your new account so you can enter the ID to list to eBay. You might want to go to the Help link and email it to us, to keep it off the message boards.

Thanks,

Diana

Hi, thanks for kindly message. I am not sure when you can migrate all the old account to the new platform? Or if you can simply move my pingpongsky account to the new platform now? If you can't now and that's not your plan to migrate to new system in 1 week or 2 week, could you please close my pingpongsky account? So I can register it again at the new platform. Does it work? I really want to keep this pingpongsky account working and don't care about the old setting and data. Thanks.

Hello,

You will not be able to move into the new system with your existing account at this time and unfortunately this will not be ready to do within the next few weeks.

Note that we can close this account if you wish, but when you register a new account to get into the new system you will need to pick a new username as this one (even once closed) will no longer be available to select.

If the account 'mel_yarra' is one that you setup, note that this is on the brand new system and if you would like us to help you get your eBay ID moved from one of your older accounts into this (or another) new account - just let us know the eBay username you wish to store.

Regards,
Chris

Me again. I think I had beter create an new vendio account and operate everything at the new platform. This pingpongsky platform really make me crazy. For example, I want to import my ebay listing, but I can't find it anywhere.

Thus I just created a new account: pingpong_sky, would you please link my ebay ID of "LSYCA" to my new account "pingpong_sky"? Cheers.

BTW, why can't user link their ebay account by theirselves?

Me again, I tested the new platform and think it is very easy to use. So please remove the ebay account from pingpongsky to this account of PingPong_Sky. thank you.

Hello,

Before we can set your new account "pingpong_sky" so that you can enter your eBay ID, you will first need to close your existing account "pingpongsky". To do this, please log in to your "pingpongsky" account and request account closure by sending us a message using the "Help" link. Also ask us to move your eBay ID to the "pingpong_sky" account at that time.

Regards,
Nathan
