Return Policies
No returns will be accepted without our prior authorization.Please send an email to [email protected] All items must be returned in new or unused condition, and all accessories in the original shipment must be included. You will receive a full refund less shipping charge. The customer is responsible for return shipping charges unless the return is a result of our error in packing. All merchandise must be returned within 3 or 7 days of receipt. No returns accepted for some items (see description).
Do you ship to APO/FPO?
All Items can shipped to P.O. Box address. Please verify your shipping address during checkout. We are not responsible for any wrong or undeliverable addresses.
Do you ship internationally?
We gladly ship orders for our International Customers.Check the Duties and Taxes associated with shipping to your country will increase the cost of your item. It is the responsibility of the buyer to pay all import tariffs,brokerage fees and any other costs related to delivering the products(s) to you.Please note that this is in addition to the cost of your item. 247eplaza highly recommends that you check on all fees,practices, and local import tariffs prior to placing your item. The buyer will be responsible for return freight charges should you refuse delivery of the product, or if the product is unable to be delivered to you. If the shipment is shown as "delivered", we have fulfilled our obligation. Our continuing customer support for lost shipment will include help to locate the missing package, but will not include refunds.

All items we distribute are 100% authentic original brands. We do not sell any knockoffs or imitations.

How long will it take for the shipping?
Due to product availability and warehouse locations, your items may be shipped seperately. Delivery time and shipment availability may vary from one product to the next. However, U.S. orders will be shipped via UPS or U.S. Postal Service. Most packages arrive within 4-10 business days.
How an International shipping time?

If the item is not in stock, how long will it take to ship?
If the item is not in stock, we will inform you by email how long the product will take to ship. You're free to cancel the order if you can't wait or the delay will not meet your needs.
