This pretty little pitcher is in fine condition for its age. I believe it is probably from around 1910. It has no chips, cracks, crazing or repairs. It stands just under 4" tall, is 3 1/2" from the tip of the spout to the outer edge of the handle and 1 7/8" across its base. As you can see this is hand painted. It is hard to find a piece this old in this fine a condition. I knew the lady this belonged to and she took very good care of her things and had quite a few nice, true antiques. So I know it is an authentic old piece. I could not see any marks but I believe it to be a German piece. If anyone can identify the maker I would relly appreciate an email.
