This is a brand new Lunati Roller Cam to fit the GM performance aftermarket Olds Rocket block (small block Chevy).  If I have to explain that then your out of your league. Actually I'm well out of my league on this one also. Check out close up of spec card for ALL info. Journal diameter is 1.950 on the front and 1.925 on the remaining four. The reason it's so cheap is because it came with a package deal of several cams I once bought and the fact that it is not a common application.  I know no more than what I have written.
