The Bristol Hercules was a 14-cylinder two-row radial aircraft engine designed by Sir Roy Fedden and produced by the Bristol Engine Company . It was the first of their single sleeve valve type .Produced in many variants and Used extensively during WW2 and subsequent decades after powering many aircraft
The 700 series was a advanced version also built by SNECMA of France
