A full/double mattress is 54-55” wide x 74-76” long. A queen mattress is 60” x 80” and we will be happy to convert our beds to a queen size for you. We recommend the bed being at least 58” wide, the wider the bed, the better the conversion looks, and we use the original side rails in all of our conversions.
