• The lights all work. When they burn out you simply remove the heads and put them on new lights. 
• There are 2 lights of each character: Tweety Bird, Bugs Bunny, Sylvester the Cat, Tazmanian Devil, and Marvin the Martian. 
• The only damaged lights are the two Sylvester the cat lights. As you can see in the photos above, the noses are dented in on both.
