Vintage Drunk Scottish Man at Lamp Post Ceramic Table Lamp

• In very good working condition as seen in photos!
  
• The whole lamp measures 18" tall, the metal base measures 5.5" across, the light globe measures 6" tall.
• The lamp has hand-painted details
• There's a crack around the top of the globe (difficult to spot especially when the light is on)
• Oxidation at the base as seen in photos
• Paint has a few chips, mostly on red shirt
