White Hobnail Lamp Milk Glass

• Hand painted hobnail lamp. 
• Good condition with no chips, cracks, or scratches.
• There is a nightlight that goes in through the bottom of the piece.  This does not work.  I tried with a new lightbulb.  Perhaps you know someone that is good with electrical wiring that you could have fix it. The upper light bulb does work as seen in the last photo.
• Measures 15" tall and 8" wide at the widest point of the hobnail shade
