Vintage RS Prussia Double Handled Vase

• Though unmarked, the rose pattern and design of the vase suggests it is an RS Prussia.
• One handle has broken off, otherwise in good condition.
  
• Someone tried repairing it previously, but it fell off again.
  
• Pretty sure it can be repaired again with most admirers unable to tell.
  
• Stands 8" tall and 8" wide.
