Vtg Jefferson Glass Meander Blue Opalescent Scalloped Footed Bowl Art Glass

• There are 4 black dots the size of a pin point.  Difficult to spot unless you are examining the bowl for flaws.  They seem to be baked in because they are not on the surface where I could clean them off.  Otherwise the bowl is in fabulous condition with no chips or breaks.
• Measurements on this about 8" across and 4" tall and the bowl is about 3" deep
