This is a very special and unusual Waterford Crystal vase. 

Not only is it signed (see dot in picture) Waterford, 

but it is also signed by the artist (see other dot in picture). 

The designer is Juliska Harriet. 

 Signature reads "Harriet, Dec '98" in script. 

She designed for Waterford before opening her own factory, 

soon after, near Prague.
