This Cybis porcelain art sculpture of two young foxes is named "Chatsworth and Sloane," created by renowned sculptor Boleslaw Cybis, a Lithuanian who created a series of murals for the US government for the 1939 World's Fair.
This rare closed limited edition was introduced in 1986 for a beginning price of $795 and is signed and marked Cybis © 1986 USA and 147.
There is also an inscription reading "12/25/86 for Caroline T.N. Cherlton."
