Marked Doulton & Slater patent with a lion on crown over circle, "Royal Doulton England."
There are other marks, unknown to me.
Floral brocade finish with cobalt blue above brown beaded band.

There is a bit of age-related wear to the gilt, otherwise Excellent Condition, no chips, cracks, repairs, or even fleabites.
