I do not know much about testing these, so I only plugged it in the wall to make sure nothing burns up and a small sound of current passing by happened and then nothing else as there was not anything plugged in. The body of this will clean up ok however it does have a good amount of scratches and dings as you can see from the photos.

You will receive exactly what is in the pictures and please do not assume it works as I am not trained to test these and do not know what is it exactly supposed to do. PLEASE look as the pictures for a better understanding of the overall condition of this item.
