HERE WE HAVE WHAT I BELIEVE TO BE A VERY NICE 69 FORD TRIM PIECES.  A RARE FIND THAT HAS IS PROBABLY AS PERFECT AS YOU'D FIND WITH LITTLE MORE THAN A TINY TINY DING AND TYPICAL LIGHT SCRATCHES.   IT'S JUST A REALLY NICE BRIGHT PIECE OF TRIM THAT ONCE POLISHED WOULD BE NOTHING SHORT OF OUTSTANDING.   ON A SCALE OF 1-5 WITH 5 AS THE HIGH, I RATE THIS PART A 4 PLUS.

THIS PART CAME FROM AN ELDERLY GENTLEMAN THAT I ACQUIRED A NUMBER OF PARTS FROM.  THE GENT OWNED A BODY SHOP FOR SOME 30 YEARS UNTIL HIS RETIREMENT. ALONG THE WAY HE ACCUMULATED A LOT OF CAR TRIM. UPON RETIRING HE STORED A NUMBER OF THE BETTER PARTS IN HIS BARN, WHERE THEY SAT UNTIL I GOT THEM FROM HIM.  ALL OF THESE PARTS HAVE REC'D EXCELLENT RATINGS. 

ONE OTHER NOTE...WE'VE RECENTLY ATTENDED SEVERAL OF THE LARGEST SWAP MEETS IN THE MID U.S. OVER THE LAST FEW MONTHS.  HUNDREDS OF VENDORS, THOUSANDS OF PARTS AND NOT A ONE OF THESE.  WE ALSO ATTEND BARRETT JACKSON AND MECUM.  I CAN HONESTLY TELL YOU THAT MANY OF THE VEHICLES THERE HAD LESS THAN PERFECT TRIM.

I try to be honest about what I sell.  Almost all of these old parts have imperfections.  Unless you are willing to spend a lot for parts the best you can do are look for those in good shape which this is.  WE WILL COMBINE SHIPPING IF THE OTHER BARRACUDA TRIM PIECE LISTED THIS WEEK IS PURCHASED AS WELL.

These old car parts are becoming more and more scarce.  After 6 years of selling over a 2000 items we've come to this conclusion.   If we can't sell the parts for a reasonable price, we're going to warehouse them. This is especially true of the nice parts and more unusual parts.  All they can do is go up in value.  Our point is this.  We've got the space and the means to collect and store what we sell.  Having said that don't be surprised if we run an item only once or twice and if it doesn't sell it doesn't show back up.  Please don't misunderstand us.  We want and do appreciate your business.  It just doesn't make sense to us to spend time and money relisting items over and over when almost all of these parts have only one way to go in the future.  UP.
