Auctions Feedback Contact  Vintage Studio B&W Photo Mother Son 1930s Era Fashion - Framed Matted    A studio black and white photo of a lady and a young boy. The coloring of the photo has a bit of a sepia tint to it. The lady could be the mother or grandmother and the boy appears to be 10-12 years old. Both are dressed very typical 1930's style with the lady in a 2-piece suit and foxtail wrap. The boy is in a short pant suit and knee socks. The lady is sitting is a metal tubular chair which also hit the market in the 1930's. Framed this measures 16 1/2" x 14 1/2". The picture opening is 10 1/4" x 8 1/4". This was photo was professonally framed and matted in 2004 and is still in the wrapping from the framer and was never hung. The glass used gives UV Protection. The framer's tag is still on the plastic covering the photo and the cost to frame the picture was $85. The photographer is unknown and I cannot remove the picture to know if there are any markings on the photo.
