Auctions Feedback Contact  Donghia Palazzo Taffeta Designer Textiles Fabric - Shade Venetian Red - 13 Yards    From Donghia's Designer Textile collection, a beautiful piece of fabric in the Palazzo pattern that is Venetian Red in color. This is a very unusual color so it will not give the appearance of a true red because the fabric is woven with threads of a bright lime green.  This gives a shimmer to the fabric that will make the color vary depending on the lighting and the lights angles. You can see the undertones of the red and the green and yet overall it gives off a terra cotta color almost. I tried to take pictures from different angles in hopes of picking up the color correctly. The fabric is considered a taffeta and is made of 59% Viscose and 41% Bomburg, which is a form of silk. This fabric was woven in Italy and was copyrighted in 1989. It is normally available only to the Interior Design trade and not to the public. It measures approximately 51" wide and there are 13 yards in length. It is not on a bolt. I do have a very small sample of fabric that I can send you a small cut from if you wish so you can see the color yourself. Package will be sent with delivery confirmation and damage protection. SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION WILL BE REQUIRED UPON RECEIPT.   Clothing Extras:   Clothing is measured from seam to seam and/or edge with the garment laying flat. We suggest that you measure a like garment of your own that fits well in the same manner and compare these measurements instead of using your body measurements. Costumes run SMALL. We suggest you order a size larger than you normally wear. We will sometimes give a manufacturer's sizing chart as a guide for fit but this is not the actual measurement of the garment. Please request actual measurements if you think there is a question regarding fit. Some pre-owned clothing may be missing a size tag. Refer to the measurements given.
