It is brand new and of very good quality. It consists of the following: A long sleeve mock 2pc top that has a drop waist that falls into a full skirt. The top layer of the short sleeve is gathered with a ruffle. Out from under the ruffle comes a red and white horizontally knit sleeve that will hit at the wrist. The pattern for the top is a blue backgroun topped with patriotic red, white, and blue star and stripes smiley faces.The collar, sleeves, and hem are trimmed in red. It is lined and has a long zipper in back. Bust: 46" Waist/Hip:37" - This has a drop waist so this measurement is at the seam where the strait portion of the top ends and the flared portion starts. Sleeve Length: 23 1/2" Overall Length: 31" A sailor style white collar trimmed in red with an attached red and white striped bow tie. A pair of red vertical striped bloomer pants with an elastic waist and elastic at the ruffled hem that is trimmed in red. There are also side pockets. It is lined. Waist: 40" (Comfortable stretched) Hips: 50" Inseam: 21" A mop hat that is in the same pattern as the top. I could not find a size or material content tag. The material feels like a cotton blend so it should wear easily with minimal wrinkling and it is machine washable.
