The skirt has an attached skirt underneath to give is a little fullness. The black fabric belt has 2 foam dice attached.  Does not include the hair piece, shock, or shoes. The package gives this as a size medium and that it fits a size 8-10. If you need exact measurements just email me. Many of our costumes came from a store that closed. So, you may find that a costume has been unfolded or the packaging shows some damage. I inspect each costume to insure all the contents are there and that there is no damage. Clothing Extras:   Clothing is measured from seam to seam and/or edge with the garment laying flat. We suggest that you measure a like garment of your own that fits well in the same manner and compare these measurements instead of using your body measurements. Costumes run SMALL. We suggest you order a size larger than you normally wear. We will sometimes give a manufacturer's sizing chart as a guide for fit but this is not the actual measurement of the garment.
