1. For auction style listings payment is due within 4 days from the date the listing ends. Please note that eBay will send an automated Unpaid Notice on the 5th day unless you have contacted me to let me know you need additional time.
2. For listings that are a fixed price, payment is due at the time of purchase.
3. For local pickup purchases, we only accept payment at the time of pickup.
4. All purchases delivered to a CT address will be charged the State Sales Tax of 6.35%.
1. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and all other off-shore territories can only be shipped Priority or Express mail.
2. If making multiple purchases, that you wish to be shipped in one package, the shipping method may change from Expedited to Standard shipping due to the new combined size and weight. We will notify you if this is the case.
3.Delivery Confirmation or Tracking Numbers are uploaded at the time of shipment and can be found on your Order Details or My eBay page.
Damages
Every package is sent with damage protection. Please contact us within 3 days of delivery to let us know your package arrived damaged. To expedite your refund, photos of the damage, along with the shipping box will be required. In some cases, the insurance company will ask for a signed affidavit verifying the damage. Don't worry, its a quick process and you will be refunded as soon as the pictures and/or affidavit are received and accepted by the insurance company.
Lost Packages
If your package hasn't arrived in the time frame given on your order details page we ask for your patience.This is especially true for packages shipped USPS Parcel Post or Media Mail and for any products shipped Internationally. If the carrier is unable to locate your package, we will of course refund you in full.

2. Second, mail it so it is postmarked within 30 days from the date of PAYMENT.

Clothing Extras
1. Clothing is measured from seam to seam and/or edge with the garment laying flat. We suggest that you measure a like garment of your own that fits well in the same manner and compare the measurements to insure fit instead of using your body measurements.
2. Costumes run SMALL. We suggest you order a size larger than you normally wear to insure fit. In some cases we have given the manufacturer's sizing chart or size range given from the package but have found this can still be misleading. Please request actual measurements if you think there is a question regarding fit.
3. We will sometimes give a manufacturer's sizing chart as a guide for fit but this is not the actual measurement of the garment.
4. Some pre-owned clothing may be missing a size tag. The measurements will still be given for you to insure fit before purchasing.
Color
In describing the shade of a color, factors such as computer monitors, photographic lighting , and individual perception could make the color appear different when you see it in person compared to how it looked online.
