This coat is in excellent condition, no tears, holes or snags. The front has a full length zipper, buttons and a belt closure also. The 2 lower pockets button shut and there is also a side entrance to keep your hands warm. The sleeves have belts at the cuff that tighten to keep the arms free from the cold air.
I'm not sure if this is water repellent however when I tested it the water did bead up and roll right off.
