13.5"upper leg room, no room for error because these are leather with no elastic for stretch.
The overall condition of the leather is great, I reduced the flash on the camera so you can see these are in very good condition. No snags or tears or big scuffs, the could use a good shoe shine! The brass Ferragamo buckle show very minor signs of wear. The sole of the shoe still has great tread, the heel is the same. These were not worn much.

I WEAR A 7.5 M, THESE FIT ME HOWEVER I CAN ONLY ZIP THEM HALF WAY UP SO YOU WILL HAVE TO HAVE THIN CALVES. MINE ARE APPR 16".
