These fit like an 8M-appr 10" insole measured on the inside of the shoe. I wear a 7.5m, these are bit big on me (if I wore super thick socks, they may not flip/flop if I wore them). I say this just to give an idea of the actual size.
Condition: New without Box & Tags (Store shelf pulls)~ One of the shoes have a very, very minor scuff on the front that do not even show up in pictures. They have never been worn, but shelf pulls may have been tried on indoors only.
