Items must be returned within 30 days .
Refund will be given as Money back.
Refund policy details:
returns on unused / unopened items only. (hair products: you will receive this in clear plastic packaging, with an insert thru which you can check the color, quality etc...of the hair.) should there be any issues with the item that cannot be verified this way, you will have to contact us within 3 days of receipt of your item. we will refund minus 25% restock fee. no deductions will be made on damages, they will be exchanged at no extra cost to you. thanks.
