We ship mostly SAME or NEXT DAY after payment Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. We ship exclusively through USPS. Starting May 2012, Ebay will require using Priority Mail. Combining shipments to save you money, just email us and we will hold your order to allow you to wait for another Auction to end. All free shipping offers are for Continental US only. We also refund excessive shipping costs anytime we are can.
If for any reason we cannot ship via USPS, we will contact you to make specific arrangements for payment of additional charges it they apply.
Shipping Insurance is offered on shipments when shipped Priorty Mail via United States Postal Service. A specific policy number will apply to your shipment of breakable or high dollar items. Claims of damage upon delivery will then be processed with USPS for reimbursement for loss or damage. We try to describe all of the items and any flaws to the best of our ability .
