Shipping: My goal is to have all orders that are currently in stock and that have been purchased, to be packaged and shipped out within 48 hours of receiving payment. I will ship orders out Monday - Friday, excluding holidays via USPS priority mail, unless otherwise requested Please remember that the majority of my designs are custom made when ordered, so please allow 2 weeks for your item to be created. I will ship your item out as soon as it is completed. If you need an item by a specific date, please contact me to arrange this request. All orders are shipped out in a box and packaged well to ensure that they arrive in perfect condition. At this time I only ship to US residents. Payment: I accept payment thru Paypal. Please make payments within 48 hours of your item purchase to ensure that you receive your purchase in a timely manner. Returns and Exchanges: I am completely confident that you will be 100% safisfied with your purchase. However, if you are not satisfied please contact me first with an explanation and I will be more than glad to work with you. Refunds and exchanges cannot be issued until the merchandise has been returned. I ask that all merchandise have all tags, carding and original packaging if returned. I take great pride in my work and I pay very close attention to detail and design. My goal is to make sure that all customers are very happy with their purchase.
