18th Century Milkmaids Blue Transferware Porcelain Teapot Worcester 1770
Blue underglaze transfer-decorated Worcester globular teapot printed with the rare "Milkmaids" pattern. Reverse side has a pattern of reclining cattle. Button knob. Hybrid paste porcelain, slightly grayish. Hidden numeral 8 faux Chinese mark, as illustrated in Henry Sandon, The Illustrated Guide to Worcester Porcelain, Plate 1. Circa 1770 - 1780.
The small teapot is 4 1/2 inches tall by 6 3/4 inches long from spout to handle. It weighs 11 oz (shipping weight 1 lbs)
Condition: Excellent. No chips, cracks or repairs. As shown.

Our US shipping policy goes like this:
USPS First Class Mail for small packages that weigh less than 12 oz.
USPS Priority Mail for lightweight orders that fit in a box 12" square and under.
USPS Parcel post or UPS Ground for heaver and larger items that weigh more than a pound or fit in a box 14" square and over.
Paintings, prints and other large pieces are shipped using the best carrier on a case by case basis.
We will always combine shipping wherever possible.
Return Policy: Satisfaction guaranteed or you may return any item for a full refund. Return must be initiated within 7 days of receipt of package.
Foreign buyers, please confirm your local address and country information at the close of auction, and please include your local phone number. U.S. Customs now requires a phone number for ALL packages shipped outside the U.S. Foreign shipping is by USPS First Class International or Priority Mail international, depending on size and weight. Please note: foreign buyers are responsible for all customs duties and taxes.
