They zip up- and stretch a bit - fit forming - will fit caves up to 15.5 inch -- measure 7.5 inch flat.-will stretch.

          Great for spice up dress- up or great fetish or professional stripper work accesory.

Brand new! Never worn ! have one tiny fade on one of the boot- not much noticable- might be cleaned up.
