Copy or print up to 45 pages per minute and scan up to 55 pages per minute with a powerful 625 MHz processor and a time to first copy as quick as 10 seconds, standard 256MB RAM that is expandable to 768MB to handle even the most complicated output.
Versatility
Paper handling with a maximum input of 5100 sheets and output with an optional finisher of 3800 sheets. Stapling, hole punching and job offset allow users to professionally finish documents. Wide format (A3) capability extends in house copying or printing capability enabling quicker turn around of critical documents. 200,000 impressions one time maximum monthly duty cycle provides large workgroup support and productivity.
Security
Simple Network Management Protocol (SNMP) v3, Secure Sockets Layer (SSL*), IP Security (IPSec) and 802.1x authentication and user authentication(with single sign-on) provide security measures for multifunction communications and data encryption. Hard disk data wiping and AES encryption for data security and restriction. Confidential printing with enhanced personal ID number (up to 10 digits) management including lockout, job expiration, and invalid PIN protection. *This product includes software developed by the OpenSSL Project for use in the OpenSSL Toolkit.
Ease of Use
Customizable and easy to view, large, vivid, well spaced, familiar icons on the Lexmark e-Task 8-inch (20 cm) color touch screen provide access to print, copy, fax and scan to email functions. Graphical 'Show Me' assists in keeping the MFP up and running. Supports direct printing (without a PC) of PDFs and image (TIFF, JPEG) files from a USB flash drive using the convenient USB Direct interface on the operator panel. Or scan a document and save it to the USB Flash drive as a PDF, TIFF or JPEG.

Work Smart with Standard Features
'Mixed Letter / Legal' Copy: With paper size sensing of documents in the ADF or flatbed, the output paper size is printed on the corresponding paper size such as letter to letter or legal to legal. The output can also be automatically scaled to fit one paper size such as a letter and legal page mix to all output as letter size. 'Scan Preview' : Preview the first page of a job to verify settings, document orientation and placement to eliminate user frustration and enhance ease of use. 'Custom Job' Copy: Allow a user to set up a group of settings for multiple types of copies. This allows a user to copy more than 75 pages from the ADF, to switch easily between the ADF or flatbed when making quick copies with the same settings, or to collate multiple copies from different original copy sources. 'Custom Job' email: Provides one setting or many settings to be used for multiple types of scans to create one document. This allows a user to scan more than 75 pages from the ADF, to switch easily between the ADF or flatbed with the same settings, to create a PDF that contains both B&W and color (including images), and to use the scan preview when creating a scanned job. Job Interruption with 'Priority Copies': Interrupt or pause a current print job at the end of a page to allow a user to make a copy without waiting for the entire print job to finish. 'Job Cancel': Cancel a print, fax or network job from the job listings using the Lexmark e-Task touch screen icon. |

All warranty is for work performed by our technicians in our service center. Shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. Our printers are foam in place packed, unless they are still in the original box and packing. We use a double wall box that is properly rated for the weight of the printer and the larger units are shipped on a pallet for extra protection. All of our products are security marked
. We use 2 forms of security markings on all the major components of our units. Violations to these markings will void all warranties.
Payment
We accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard and Wire Transfer. We also accept cash for in-person pick-up only. (Please DO NOT send cash through the mail!)

WARRANTY
All of our new and refurbished items come with a warranty. Our warranty does not cover damage incurred during shipping. Any item labeled "As Is" or "Tested Working" is not covered under our warranty policy.
The warranty is good for 90 days after your purchase. The warranty covers parts and labor. It does not cover consumables such as rollers, charge roller, transfer roller, fuser, toner or drum or transfer belt. We will cover the cost of shipping your warranty replacement to you, but you are responsible for the cost of shipping the original item back to us.
All items must be returned within their warranty period. They will then be inspected, and a refund or exchange will be issued.
We also offer an extended warranty, which is available at an additional cost.

Returns
All sales are final. No returns. DOA parts are subject to replacement only and must be reported within 7 days of delivery. Items valued at $50 or more, and being shipped via UPS will automatically require signature upon delivery. However, you may request no signature upon delivery if so desired.
Shipping Adjustments
Occasionally adjustments have to be made due to multiple packages. You will be notified before any changes are made. Buyer pays for shipping and insurance if required.
International Shipping
We (Computronics Enterprise, Inc.) will not be responsible for unclaimed, delayed, broken and/or damaged, opened, returned or lost package(s) shipped USPS mail. In any such case, you will still be charged the full price of the order. Once the package leaves the United States, it is out of our control. CEI is not responsible for any duties, taxes or other associated import fees that your country may impose, nor are they included in the item(s) price or shipping charge(s). All such fees are your responsibility, and are not included in the shipping charges.
