Most of our units come from a corporate environment. We pick the best with the lowest page counts available for refurbishing. Page counts vary as we have dozens to hundreds of most models in stock. Refurbishing Process Each printer is disassembled, blown free of toner, dust and debris. The laser scanner is cleaned and the fuser assembly is refurbished by cleaning, re lubricating and replacing the heat roller and pressure roller when necessary. The pickup rollers, feed rollers and separation pads are replaced with new ones and then paper path tests are performed on all sources including all trays and duplexer. The network card is then tested and updated to the latest firmware version. The formatter board is also updated to the latest version when applicable and inspected by two technicians with a minimum of passing 200 pages each. The outside of the printer is cleaned and finally professionally boxed with foam in place. CEI carries a wide selection of IBM, Lexmark and HP printers and parts. We also offer whole units and replacement parts for most other brands as well. If you don't see the part that you need listed in our inventory, let us know anyway. Many manufacturers' equipment cross reference to other machines. Let one of our trained sales team members check the sub numbers for you to see if we can get you back up and running. Each one of our sales team members has a working knowledge of the mechanics of the equipment we sell that is second to none. The difference between Computronics and other dealers is that we actually stock every part we sell. Any product that you purchase from CEI has been tested, refurbished, then tested again by one of the best technicians in the industry- a member of the Computronics team.. We use 2 forms of security markings on all the major components of our units. Violations to these markings will void all warranties. Payment We accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard and Wire Transfer. We also accept cash for in-person pick-up only. (Please DO NOT send cash through the mail!) 
-------- WARRANTY All of our new and refurbished items come with a warranty. Our warranty does not cover damage incurred during shipping. Any item labeled "As Is" or "Tested Working" is not covered under our warranty policy. The warranty is good for 90 days after your purchase. The warranty covers parts and labor. It does not cover consumables such as rollers, charge roller, transfer roller, fuser, toner or drum or transfer belt. We will cover the cost of shipping your warranty replacement to you, but you are responsible for the cost of shipping the original item back to us. All items must be returned within their warranty period. They will then be inspected, and a refund or exchange will be issued.
