PoliciesOrder Processing: Normal order processing time is 2-5 days. Large orders and orders closer to the holidays may require a slightly longer processing time. We will do our best to post processing time changes here if possible.
Shipping: We ship domestically and internationally. All shipping times are in addition to order processing times. If you need your shipment by a certain date, please contact us, so that we may help you decide on the best delivery option. Tax: We do not charge sales tax on orders shipped out of Massachusetts. If applicable, sales tax will be added to your order during checkout. Payments: All payments must be in either U.S. Dollars, Australian Dollars, British Pounds, Canadian Dollars or Euros. Refund Policy For Radio Control Toys: Refunds for RC toys will only be granted for unused, unopened products in its original condition and packaging. In an event where there is damage to the box upon arrival, you must claim through the carrier for damages. Warranty will only apply for manufacturer defect. All products have been tested prior to shipment, therefore, if you experience any problem with the product(s) you ordered from us, please report it at the time when you received the shipment (not after use please). No exceptions will be granted. Return / exchange / refund will not be allowed for any used RC toys. NOTE: RC helicopters and airplanes can crash if flown improperly and any crash or hard landing may caused damage(s) to the helicopter or plane. We have no control over your operating skills, behavior or the conditions you have chosen to operate in. We will not be responsible for incidental or consequential damages including bodily injuries and property damages arising from the use of any RC product(s). Any claims arising from the operating, failure or malfunctioning etc. will be denied. Discrepancy Claims: Please notify us within 3 days of receipt of goods if there is a discrepancy in your order. We take extra steps to have your order verified prior to shipping to prevent discrepancies. Damage Claims: On occasion, no matter how well a package is packed, there may be damages beyond our control. YOU MUST CONTACT THE SHIPPING COMPANY IMMEDIATELY TO REPORT DAMAGE. It is very important that you save all of your original packaging materials in order to file a claim. Please contact us within 3 days. You must provide proof of breakage to the carrier in order to receive claim payment. It is imperative all original packaging materials are saved. If the package with all original packaging materials cannot be inspected, the carrier will not pay a claim. We will not replace breakage due to the carrier at our expense. All items leave us in excellent condition and our responsibility for the safety of the package ends when it leaves our hands. All claims must be made within 3 days of receipt of goods. Refused Packages: If you refuse a package upon delivery with the carrier that has been delivered in good condition according to the good faith agreement, you will be responsible for and charged for all shipping charges incurred as well as a 25% restocking fee. Redirecting Packages in Transit: If you call the shipping carrier and have the package rerouted to you at another address other than the address you provided, the carrier will charge us additional shipping fees which will be accessed to you. |
