Interesting antique or vintage oil painting on canvas or board.  Signed bottom right hand corner, very lightly and I think the date is 1924.  Dark, moody street scene with horse drawn horse, carriage and driver.  Dark gray sky and street.  Buildings in the background depict banks, hotel etc. European location of some sort.  Frame is 15.5" by 12" and is original old carved wood. The canvas is 12.75" by 9.5".  The canvas is wavy which is why I don't think it's board but it is stiff canvas. The wood frame has discoloration as shown as well within the borders. As shown. No rips or holes in the canvas.
