Lovely vintage or older signed Earl Horter (1881-1940) etching and dry point.  Frame measures 17" by 14", etching under glass is 10.5" by 7.5". No rips, stains or tears but minor staining bottom left hand corner mostly under the actual etching itself but still touching the bottom corner of the etching. Interesting purple ink signature.  Back as shown with tears in protective paper.  Nicks on the frame itself here and there too with tons of pant wear on the sides of the wood frame.
