Vintage or older European oil painting featuring city scape or old world scene with park like setting in the foreground leading to large domed cathedrals or towers in the background.  Signed Athal Grant bottom right hand lower corner which is an English surname.  Colorful pastels with shades of brown to green. Gorgeous  gray and gold wood frame.  40.5" by 28.5" and canvas is 36" by 24". Canvas is in good condition with no rips or tears.  The frame has a large chunk of wood missing from lower left hand corner. See photos.
