Length of building 200' feet dept of Wings 66 feet, depth of chape 83 feet. Left bottom notes John W Ritche, architect and on the right hand side bottom of print Lith of Sarony & Co NY,  Black wood frame with gold inner trim measures 25" by 20.75". Print is 16.5" by 12".  Print is in good clean condition under glass. Matting and print have few minor age spots, blemishes, frame has some chips and nicks on the wood. See photos.
