Large oil on canvas and wood picture frame with brass name tag bottom center. Artwork is entitled Thatched Cottage.  Artist is Jeff Carter, signed left hand corner as well. Several J. Carter listed artist in Davenports but not sure if this is one of them.  Large wood picture frame measures 29" by 41" , canvas measures 24" by 36".  The wood frame has many condition issues including chipped gold finish in many areas revealing red toned wood underneath the gold. The canvas has loss of paint on the right hand side mid section, white mark in the middle top sky area and whiteish lines in center moving upward about 6" and same type of mark left hand side about same length I think it was from the way this was stored.
