Gold frame measures 18" by 27" and artwork on artist board is 12" by 21".  Beautiful blue pastel shaded sky, man and woman perhaps owners of the homestead are strolling along a pathway next to a small body of water. There are 2 small cottages in the background. Large old tree sits in the center with rocks on the banks of the water.  Very peaceful, proud feeling to this artwork.  Good condition overall, painting has small white fleck on the board left side center section, frame has chips on base right hand and left hand side areas. See photos.  No signature. Found at local Philadelphia auction. Artist board is from London England.
